  • Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States)

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days

  • Transit Time: 5 to 8 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 10 business days

  • Standard Tracked Shipping: FREE on all U.S. orders

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, holidays, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your order.

Please allow a short period for tracking information to become available after your order has been dispatched.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully during checkout.

QUIRO cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopquiro.com. We will do our best to assist you before the order is processed or shipped.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at support@shopquiro.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
